Walls
- 2X6, 16" on center studs with OSB sheathing, vapor barrier and Owens/Corning fiberglass insulation. Total insulating value: R-20*. Optional wall construction value R-28* is available.

- R-38 fiberglass with separate vapor barrier. Continuance ventilation at ridge and soffit.
Exterior
Doors
- Metal clad, insulated with R-14* polyurethane foam, gasket weatherstripped, adjustable oak sills, thermal break. Door and side light glass are fully insulated.
- Additional ceiling insulation.
- Low-E glass and argon gas filled glazing available on windows and patio doors.
- Air-to-air heat exchanger is available for control of inside relative humidity and air quality, through-the-wall or ducted type.
- Air filtration barrier housewrap.
