Some home plans include the panelized garage package. When not included, optional panelized "A" type garages are available in four sizes:

• 12'-0" garage with 9'-0" door
• 16'-0" garage with 9'-0" door
• 20'-0" garage with 9'-0" door
• 24'-0" garage with two 9'-0" doors

Bi-Level and Tri-Level homes also have the option of engineering for a "tuck-under" garage in the lower level. Finishing this option will be by others. All garages for First Tradition homes are designed for onsite construction. Overhead garage doors are not included in the package.
